PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an image of a photographic subject with open eyes. SOLUTION: A RISC 4 specifies main image data of a person with open eyes as a photographic subject from among a plurality of main image data items captured by consecutive imaging by an imaging section 1, and records an image file created based on the specified image data on a memory card 12 that is a nonvolatile storage medium, while controlling a recording section 3.
