<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely collect information on damage with high reliability in collecting disaster information. <P>SOLUTION: This disaster information collection system uses a disaster information collection server, which is provided with: a damage information acquiring part for acquiring information about damage, such as images, video data and text data of a damaged situation input from an information providing terminal; a location information acquiring part for acquiring a damage location and information of a damage location acquiring means from location information embedded in the images and the video data, and an address, map coordinates or latitude and longitude information input from the information providing terminal, and acquiring a report location and information of a location acquiring method from an IP address of the information providing terminal, an identification parameter, and the address, the map coordinates or the latitude and longitude information input from the information providing terminal; and an information reliability calculating part for calculating the reliability of the information about the damage from a relation of the damage location and the report location, or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
