PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorescent luminous layered product capable of different display under irradiation with visible rays and UV rays and having high luminous efficiency. SOLUTION: The layered body emits light by irradiation with light from a UV light source disposed backside. The layered body includes a fluorescent luminous layer (A) exhibiting fluorescence emission in a side to be irradiated with UV rays, and a UV reflection layer (B) layered in the opposite side to the side irradiated with UV rays, the layer (B) having a reflectance of not less than 25% to UV rays in a wavelength region from 300 nm to 400 nm.
