The element (1) has a flexible plate (2) provided with a polygon-shaped outline, and a bag (4) provided at a narrow side (3) of the plate and accommodating a bar magnet. A dipole vector of the magnet is orthogonal to front surface of the plate and an edge forming the narrow side of the plate. The magnet is cylindrical, where longitudinal axis of the magnet is parallel to the edge. The magnet is rotatably accommodated in the bag, and the bag at the edge of the narrow side is arranged to a front side of the plate.
