THICK FILM MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thick film manufacturing apparatus and method for easily forming a uniform thick film. SOLUTION: The thick film manufacturing apparatus has a die 1, a nozzle 2, a roller 4, a peeling roller 5 and a transport roller 6. The die 1 has a cavity 1a defining the outside shape of the thick film 3A and a groove 1b recovering a resin 3 overflowing from the cavity 1a. The nozzle 2 supplying the resin 3 is provided horizontally movably above the cavity 1a. The roller 4 is provided horizontally movably in contact with the surface of the resin 3 in the cavity 1a. A UV irradiation device 4c is provided in the inner part of the roller 4. The peeling roller 5 and the transport roller 6 are rotatably provided so as to stick the thick film 3A formed by curing the resin 3 by UV. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
