摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method where the production speed of a precipitation strengthening type copper alloy wire rod (such as a Corson based alloy wire rod) is increased, and cost can be remarkably reduced, to provide a copper alloy wire rod produced by the method, and to provide a production apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for producing a copper alloy wire rod where a copper alloy wire rod is obtained by a continuous casting-rolling process continuously performing: a casting step in which the seed wire of a copper alloy is immersed into the molten copper of a precipitation strengthening type copper alloy, so as to obtain an ingot; and a rolling step in which the ingot obtained by the casting step is rolled. In the method, the copper alloy wire rod in the middle of the rolling step or directly after the rolling step is subjected to quenching treatment.
