The ski jump (1) has a inclined run-away (6) with a mobile seating device(10), moving particularly in a direction transverse to the run-away, on which ski jumper sits before beginning of the jump. The jump takes place at jump-off platform (8) and landing path (3) is provided for landing ski jumper.
