A connector assembly is provided to prevent the arbitrary elastic transformation, caused by the external force, by forming a hooking via with one surface which comes in contact with the first connector in the installation space of the second connector, thereby making the second connector firmly fixed to a panel. The external appearance and framework of the first connector(100) are formed by the first housing(101). In the first housing, a terminal hole(101') in which a terminal is installed is formed so as to pass through the housing in the longitudinal direction. A spacer hole(103) is formed so as to pass through one side of the first housing in the direction which lies at right angles to the terminal hole. A spacer(105) is hooked and fixed at one side of the terminal so that the terminal installed in the terminal hole cannot be arbitrarily separated from the terminal hole. A spacer hole(105') is formed so as to pass through the rear side of the spacer. A fastening arm(107) is formed at both sides of the first housing.
