An insulating structure of a spindle for a tapping machine is provided to prevent metal powder to be stuck to a tapping tool during a cutting process. An insulating structures of a spindle for a tapping machine includes an insulating unit(50) formed between a spindle(10) and a power transmission device. The insulating unit prevents a tapping tool of the spindle from being magnetized. An insulating member(53) is formed in the intermediate portion of the insulating unit. Connection parts(51,52) connected to the drive shaft of the spindle and the power transmission device are formed on ends of the insulating member.
