<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide instant boiled-fish food solidified with gelatin which has tastes and colors of both of boiled-fish food material and ingredients, and is charged in a heating container, utilizes a partial lid and a bottomed container, when cooked to improve heating efficiency so as to shorten the cooking time for the boiled fish and shellfish. <P>SOLUTION: The instant boiled-fish food solidified with gelatin is produced through the processes which include instantly eating fresh fish, while retaining the taste thereof: putting fresh fish, cooked with steam, into a double lid-attached heat-resistant resin container, at the bottom part of which a heat-retaining foaming resin container is formed; preliminarily seasoning the steamed fish, followed by pouring a thick seasoning component liquid made of heated gelatin, soy sauce, mirin (sweet sake for seasoning) and a sweetener to the container to cool and immobilize the fish; and keeping the cooled and immobilized fish in a freezer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
