METHANE FERMENTATION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation method which can promote the decomposition and transformation of a substrate of a volatile organic substance and an organic compound which is a hydrogen donor, and display an excellent performance in terms of the refining result of a biogas and its recovery efficiency.

SOLUTION: This methane fermentation method is employed to bring about the methane fermentation by introducing a biomass into a methane fermentation tank. This method is characterized in that without forcibly pressurizing the interior of the methane fermentation tank to ferment methane by boosting the pressure to the range of 0.2 to 5 MPa under a natural fermentation pressure to be generated by the fermentation process.
