PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof strike, in which deformation is not prohibited when a disaster occurs, a strike plate can be favorably positioned in installation work, and move of the strike plate due to a wrong act is prevented. SOLUTION: The earthquake-proof strike 100 comprises a strike box 23 as a recessed box part 39 provided on an opening frame for a lock bolt to penetrate, a movable core member engaged in the recessed box part 39 of the strike box 23 with clearance to be regulated from coming-off from the recessed box part 39 through an engagement means, while it is movable in such a direction as to reduce a retraction gap formed to a bottom plate part of the recessed box part 39, and a lock hole 37 fixed to the movable core member for the lock bolt to penetrate. End edge parts 42 of at least a pair of inclination plate parts 71 and 71 are supported on the opening frame to project above the opening frame. The strike plate 21 that is deformable by external force in such a direction that the inclination plate parts 41 and 41 get closer to the opening frame is provided.
