<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplex distillation process capable of decreasing production cost by energy saving and product quantity increase, and an apparatus used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus provided is equipped with an atmospheric distillation can 1, a temperature rise can 2, and a vacuum distillation can 3. The simplex distillation process comprises heating an unrefined sake A after fermentation and stored in the atmospheric distillation can 1; introducing a distillate alcohol vapor formed and evaporated by heating into the external part of the temperature rise can 2; indirectly heating an unrefined sake B after fermentation and stored in the temperature rise can 2 by the distillate alcohol vapor; introducing the distillate alcohol vapor into a cooler 7 to cool and liquefy the vapor; introducing the distillate alcohol vapor formed and evaporated in the temperature rise can 2 by the above indirect heating into the vacuum distillation can 3; using the distillate alcohol vapor introduced to increase the temperature of an unrefined sake C after fermentation and stored in the vacuum distillation can 3; and condensing and liquefying the distillate alcohol vapor formed and evaporated by the temperature increase by introducing this vapor into a condenser 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
