To provide a process which can produce an electromagnetic wave-shielding material having both high light-transmitting properties and sufficient EMI-shielding properties and forming no moiré, which facilitates formation of a fine-line pattern and which can produce the material inexpensively on a large scale. In particular, to provide a process for producing a light-transmitting electromagnetic wave-shielding film. A light-transmitting conductive film comprising a transparent support having provided thereon a mesh constituted by conductive metal portions and visible light-transmitting portions, wherein the mesh pattern continuously extends 3m or longer and are formed by exposure and development of a silver halide light-sensitive material to form metal portions having electrical conductivity, with the electrical conductivity being more enhanced by physical development.
