ELECTRONIC MONEY CHARGE SYSTEM

An electronic money charge system for transferring a monetary value to a handheld terminal from a user's financial institution account via an institution accounting system by means of the handheld terminal. The system verifies the identity and registers use of service through the handheld terminal prior to charge of electronic money and puts a use flag on the user's account in the accounting system.
