<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for piping in a refrigerating cycle, capable of improving workability in separating a male side joint member from a female side joint member. <P>SOLUTION: The joint for piping is provided with the male side joint member 11 having a cylindrical engagement projection 12, and the female side joint member 13 having an engagement recess 14 in which the engagement projection 12 of the male side joint member 11 is fitted. On a tip part of the engagement projection 12 of the male side joint member 11, a small diameter part 18 for installing an O-ring is formed, and a first O-ring 15A is disposed around the small diameter part 18. On an outer circumferential surface of a large diameter part 19 in the engagement projection 12 of the male side joint member 11 except the small diameter part 18, a circular groove 21 for installing a single O-ring is formed along the whole circumference, and a second O-ring 15B is disposed in the circular groove 21. With distance A mm from a base end of the engagement projection 12 in the male side joint member 11 to the circular groove 21, and cross sectional diameter B mm of the first O-ring 15A disposed on the small diameter part 18, a relation of A≥B is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
