<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-junction thin-film silicon solar cell module having high light conversion efficiency, in which current leakage through an intermediate layer having conductivity, light transmissivity and light reflectivity is suppressed and an ineffective area not contributing to electricity generation is prevented from enlarging, and to provide a method of manufacturing the module. <P>SOLUTION: The module has a structure in which an isolation trench is formed between the intermediate layer having conductivity, light transmissivity and light reflectivity and a connection groove, the isolation trench is filled with a crystalline silicon film and an isolation member of the intermediate layer does not exist between the isolation trench and the connection groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
