PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss of a small electrical drive unit, and to provide a reliable manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: A small electrical drive unit 1 like a rotational field drive unit with a permanent magnet excitation includes a stator 2 and a soft magnetic feedback circuit arrangement 6 having two or more sheet-shaped metallic laminate boards 22 in circular plate form laminated in layers for forming a cylindrically laminated magnetic core 20, surrounding the stator 2 cylindrically. Two or more sheet-shaped metallic laminated boards 22 at the laminated magnetic core 20 are held by prestress in a radial direction only with a force fit, and in a support sleeve 24 surrounding on the same axis, is held by the prestress in a jointed state in the radial direction without adhesion means or integration joint means.
