A hydraulic driving water pump is provided to inspect water leakage and internal pressure of a valve by using a cylinder main body and a piston moving with fluid pressure. A hydraulic chamber(111) comprises an oil entrance(111a,111b) and a through-hole(112). A small diameter part(113) is smaller than the diameter of the hydraulic chamber. A water pressure chamber(114) has the diameter which is greater than the diameter of the small diameter part. A water inlet(115) and a water outlet(116) are formed in the one side of the water pressure chamber. A ball(115a,116a) moves to top and bottom inside the water outlet and the water inlet. A cylinder main body(110) includes a spring(115b,116b) hermetically sealing the water inlet and the water outlet with the ball. A large diameter part(121) has the same diameter as the inside diameter of the hydraulic chamber. A guide axis(122) passes through the through-hole. A piston(120) is contacted to the small diameter part and reciprocates to the inside of the water pressure chamber.
