A method of time synchronization in an ad-hoc network is provided to rapidly perform time synchronization through a synchronous message broadcast of only two times. A root vehicle generates a first synchronous message(M1)(S201), stores a time stamping value of a receiving point about the first synchronous message, determines a synchronization by receiving the first synchronous message(S202), generates a second synchronous message(M2)(S203), stores a time stamping value of a receiving point about the second synchronous message, determines a synchronization by receiving the second synchronous message, and performs a time synchronization by using the first synchronous message, the second synchronous message, and time stamping values(S204).
