<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor such that joining of a plurality of magnetic body cores constituting a magnetic core is stably maintained even if adhesives decrease in adhesive strength owing to temporal deterioration, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The inductor comprises the magnetic core comprising a plate type magnetic body core 1 and a pot type magnetic body core 2, a winding 3, and terminals 11a and 11b for inductor, wherein the terminals 11a and 11b for inductor each comprise a fixed portion 9 and a wire holding portion 10 led out of the fixed portion 9. The plate type magnetic body core 1 and pot type magnetic body core 2 joined with each other in the magnetic core are clamped and caulked with the fixed portions 9 to be fixed. A cap portion 100 formed of a cut of the pot type magnetic body core 2 is provided on the rear surface being in contact with the wire holding portion 10, part of a wire end 12a of the winding is disposed in the gap portion 10, and the wire end 12a is temporarily fixed by caulking the wire holding portion 10 not to come out of the gap portion 100, and then soldered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
