PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die matching auxiliary device for an electric servo press machine which can easily determine whether the die matching of an electric servo press is made appropriate or not. SOLUTION: A current sampling section 42 in an arithmetic and control unit 4 performs: standard current sampling treatment where the driving current of a servo motor 2 upon suitable die matching in the electric servo press machine is beforehand sampled at a prescribed period; and objective current sampling treatment where the driving current of the servo motor 2 upon the subsequent die matching by the same die in the electric servo press machine is sampled at the period same as the prescribed period. A standard current memory section 43 memorizes a standard current value obtained by the standard current sampling treatment in accordance with the die. A data display apparatus 7 displays the graph G1 of the standard current value read from the standard current memory section 43 and the graph G2 of the objective current value obtained by the objective current sampling treatment upon die matching by the same die one over.
