Each winding body (7) includes the two conductive wires wound in rows as parallel winding wires so that a first conductive wire (A or B) is wound on an inner side and a second conductive wire (B or A) is wound on an outer side to overlap the first conductive wire and the inner and outer side winding wires are would with the same turns.</p>
