<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a template for evaluation of candidate site for town, allowing acquisition of a prescribed result by absorbing an individual difference of an evaluator to the utmost in each life-style while coping with diverse life-style. <P>SOLUTION: This template 1 for evaluation of candidate site for town has: a first type 10 and a second type 20 respectively associated to a plurality of area images; a grading provision part 40 providing a grading standard including a plurality of subitems in each of a plurality of evaluation items 30; a selection grading part 50 selecting and grading the plurality of subitems in each of the plurality of evaluation items 30; a grade part 70 performing weighting 60 by use of priority ranks A-D decided based on the plurality of the types to a plurality of the grading points graded by the selection grading part 50, and providing a plurality of grades; and a total evaluation part 80 totaling the plurality of grades to perform total evaluation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
