The mobile or stationary device has a nozzle holder carrier that is arranged on cooling registers in a displaceable manner in a longitudinal direction of cooling pipes (51). A carrier is provided for bearing injection nozzles (50), which are dimensioned such that the carrier is laterally provided in a moving manner on the cooling registers. A distance of the injection nozzles from each other, in a projection along the cooling pipes on a surface, matches a distance between centers of the cooling pipes. A nozzle is aligned on a cooling pipe gap.
