PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endo-bag for endoscopic surgery, wherein a plastic bag is formed of a transparent plastic material harmless to a human body and the entrance side of the plastic bag stuck with a blood, a body liquid or the like can quickly and easily be opened by flaps. SOLUTION: A pair of flaps 26 are projectingly formed on the entrance side of one-side edge part of the plastic bag 21 made of the transparent plastic material. Respective flaps 26 have hues for entrance identification and are formed in different directions on the front-rear side of the entrance. At a both side part of an upper stage, notches 27 for assisting opening of the entrance 22 are formed. The both-side flaps 22 of the endo-bag 20 intraperitoneally inserted by a 10 mm trocar are taken by a surgical tool to quickly and easily open the entrance. At the same time, one blade of the endo-bag 20 is taken to guide and take out the entrance side of the endo-bag with the trocar to outside of the peritoneal cavity. Then, the entrance side which is taken outside is opened easily by the flaps, and a tumor and an internal organ contained in the endo-bag are cut out and taken out little by little. Thereafter, pieces etc. of the tumor and internal organ remaining finally can be taken out to the outside of the peritoneal cavity with the endo-bag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
