A telescope steering system is applied to the vehicle in which the adjusting bolt passes through the outer tube. A telescope steering system comprises an outer tube in which the inner tube is inserted, a ring bolt(310), and a distance housing(410) in which a first penetration hole and a second penetration hole are built up respectively at the either side. A slot(220) is formed at the outer circumference of the outer tube. The ring bolt includes a body portion covering the outer tube, first connecting part and second connecting part formed at both sides of the body portion, and one or more protrusion formed in the inner circumference of the body portion.
