A mulberry ganjang (soy sauce), and a method for preparing the mulberry ganjang are provided to improve taste and to remove the harmfulness to the human body by using medical herb medicine. A mulberry ganjang is prepared by boiling 100 g of mulberry in 3 cup of water for 20 min; filtering it with a sieve to make 1 cup of product; boiling the soaked black bean for 30 min to make a cup of product; and making ganjang by using the mulberry material, the black bean material, the boiled Glycyrrhizae Radix, bamboo salt, an oyster sauce and a plum extract. |
