A valve part structure for preventing leakage is provided that the liquid is not lest in the discharge hole of nozzle since the check valve is formed on the top of nozzle. A valve part structure for preventing leakage comprises a liquid discharging system. The liquid discharging system induces the liquid which is supplied from the filling tank(10) to the cylinder of the valve part(20) and pushes the predetermined amount of induced content to the nozzle(27) through piston. The nozzle unit comprises a check valve(C) opens and shuts according to the constant pressure.
