<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telemeter system in which a failure in a radio terminal slave unit is efficiently and reliably detected and if the relevant failure occurs, a manager of a radio terminal system can be appropriately notified about the occurrence of the failure. <P>SOLUTION: In a radio telemeter system, a radio master unit is wire-connected to a terminal-side network control unit connected to a center-side network control unit via a telephone line, and the radio master unit performs radio communication with a plurality of radio slave units to each of which a microcomputer meter is wire-connected, respectively. When the radio master unit starts radio communication with radio slave units (S12), regarding a radio slave unit from which a radio response comes, an ID of such a slave unit is stored in a nonvolatile memory (S14). Regarding a radio slave unit from which there is no response, when the number of times of no response becomes four times (S16), such a state is stored and a center NCU 12 is notified of information about radio communication results (such as the ID of the responding slave unit, the ID of the non-responding slave unit, and the like). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
