<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a HLA-A24-binding antigen peptide. <P>SOLUTION: The HLA-A24-binding antigen peptide is a CML66-derived peptide and comprises a WYQDSVYYI or YYIDTLGRI amino acid sequence. Since a CML66-specific CD8+T cell to be activated by the antigen peptide recognizes the antigen peptide associated with a HLA-A24 molecule on a cell and exhibits cytotoxicity, the cell attacks a malignant tumor cell expressing CML66.
