PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cam cylinder for simplifying constitution of a molding die. SOLUTION: This resin cam cylinder 5 has a first cam face 5b engaged with a lens holding body 3 to move a lens holding body 2 along a Z2 direction, a first cam groove 5c recessed from the first cam face 5b to a Z2-directional end of an inner circumferential face 5t toward the Z2 direction, a second cam face 5d engaged with the lens holding body 3 to move the lens holding body 3 along a Z1 direction, and a second cam groove 5e recessed from the second cam face 5d to a Z1-directional end of the inner circumferential face 5t toward the Z1 direction, in an inner circumferential side of the cam 5 engaged with the lens holding body 3 for holding an optical lens, and for moving the optical lens along the optical axial direction (Z-direction) while turning.
