A compound forging electric upset apparatus for manufacturing an integral type extra long exhaust valve for a ship is provided to improve durability of the extra long exhaust valve by forming a head part with a closed-packed texture. A compound forging electric upset apparatus for manufacturing an integral type extra long exhaust valve for a ship comprises the following units. A clamp(110) penetrating a material(10) is fixed to support movement of the material. An anvil(120) moves in a direction of facing the clamp. An upsetting cylinder(130) pressurizes the material to move a location of the anvil. An current controller(210) controls output of the current and applies the current to the anvil and the clamp. A current compensator verifies changes of the current according to the interval difference of the anvil and the clamp, control the current controller, and maintains the current to coincide with a target current value.
