A stud bolt molding apparatus is provided to manufacture a stud bolt having a circular ball formed by a forging process in order to supply a large quantity of stud bolts at a reduced unit cost. A stud bolt molding apparatus comprises the following units. A pressurizing rod(107) pressurizes a linear steel material(10) and transfers the pressurized linear steel material toward the outside of a path. A annular disk forging mold(100) moves upwardly and downwardly. A hammer(110) moving upwardly and downwardly pressurizes the linear steel material inserted to a path of the annular disk forging mold. A bolt head forging mold(120) is equipped with a path in which the linear steel material is inserted, and a bolt head groove(122) which transforms the annular disk of the linear steel material to a bolt head(15).
