SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING TO AN AUTOMOBILE OWNER THROUGH NUMBER PLATE

A car owner connecting system and a method thereof through a car number plate are provided to contact an owner of a car quickly by only using a car number of a car number plate even without displaying a contact number of a driver on the car. A storage unit(320) stores car numbers and contact numbers individually corresponding to the car numbers. A serial number receiver(310) receives a serial number of a predetermined car number. If plural matched contact numbers are searched, a searcher(330) selects one of the plural matched contact numbers by responding to selection of a connector. A communication connector(370) communicates/connects with the searched one contact number.
