The system has a pair of rollers, which is equipped with a double-apron. A deviating bar of the double-apron stays under load in a spring (12) in a direction of a deviation bar of a counter-apron. The spring is arranged in a loading device (10), which is used for adjusting exerted compressive force. The loading device is supported at a loading arm (9) of an upper roller of the draft system and at a deviating bar (8). The loading device has thread units (15, 16) changing pre-loading of the spring. A plunger (13) of the loading device is supported on the deviating bar.
