<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film in which, even in use requiring severe heat resistance and moisture resistance such as a touch panel for a vehicle, cracks are not caused in a transparent conductive layer over a long period, and which maintains low resistance value, and has high strength and excellent mechanical durability, to provide a polarizing plate with a transparent conductive layer using the same, and to provide a touch panel having the polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises laminating an annular olefin based polymer layer, an anchor coat layer containing polysiloxane in which metal oxide particulates are dispersed and contained, and a transparent conductive layer in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
