PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of adsorbing powder dust, pollen and dust, etc., in the atmospheric air to a liquid surface to remove them. SOLUTION: A blowing fan for blowing air to a liquid surface is fixed to the upper part of a cylindrical container as indicated in the figure, a lateral hole is opened on a side face in the middle of the fan and a water surface, and an exhaust pipe 2 is inserted to the almost center as indicated in the figure. Then, rotary wave motions are generated by the interaction of an air pressure difference to the water surface and rotary force by the viscosity of the propeller rotation of the fan.
