PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor device easy to miniaturize and high in precision in detecting inclination and high in long term reliability. SOLUTION: The inclination sensor device 9 is provided with a capacitance electrodes 2 which are opposite up and down arranged in between a space 1 at least one side of which are composed of a plurality of electrodes 2a, and provided with a dielectric block 3 accomodated in the space 1, and movable between a plurality of electrodes 2a according to the inclination of space 1. By the intervention of the dielectric block 3 which moves between the plurality of electrodes 2a, 2b according to the inclination of the space 1, the static capacitance between the capacitance electrodes 2a, 2b are changed, and then, by this change of static capacitance, the inclination of the space 1 can be easily and precisely detected. Also, the wear, deformation and the like of the capacitance electrode 2 due to direct contact with the dielectric block 3 are prevented, thus improving the reliability for long term.
