HINGE SHAFT

A hinge shaft is provided to prevent shaft distortion caused by the tolerance between parts and to reduce the backlash caused by the shaft distortion. A driving gear(104) is rotably coupled to a hinge shaft(102), and transfers the driving force of a motor to a rotational shaft by the frictional force of a friction pulley(115). The driving gear is coupled to a bearing(140) at a coaxial axis to reduce the shaft distortion caused by the tolerance between the rotating shaft and the driving gear. The frictional pulley is placed between the rotating shaft and the driving gear. The frictional pulley transfers a driving force by using frictional force of a contact plane after directly contacting two planes. A spring washer(120) is placed between an adjusting nut(130) and a second slip washer, and prevents the release of the adjusting nut.
