摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for loading a crystal oscillator in which an electrode of the crystal oscillator is firmly stuck to a connection pad via conductive adhesives, even if the connection pad is formed by a metallized layer coated with a gold-plated layer. SOLUTION: In the substrate 9 for loading the crystal oscillator, in which the connection pad 2 constituted of the metallized layer 5 coated with the gold-plated layer 6 is formed at a loading part 1a of an insulating base 1, and the electrode 4a of the crystal oscillator 4 is adhered onto the connection pad 2 via conductive adhesive 7, the connection pad 2 has ceramic powder 8, exposed to the surface of the gold-plated layer 6 in the metallized layer 5 of a part B of a region, to which the electrode 4a of the crystal oscillator 4 is adhered via the conductive adhesive 7. Since the adhesive strength of the conductive adhesive 7 to the connection pad 2 is improved by the ceramic powder 8 exposed to the surface of the gold-plated layer 6, the connection pad 2 and the electrode 4a are adhered firmly via the conductive adhesive 7.
