A polymer cement concrete composition is provided to secure enough finishing work time making surface of poured concrete slick and to improve workability by extending concrete working time and to improve cracking of concrete, tension and bonding strength by mixing nylon fiber. A polymer cement concrete composition includes a cement binder 10~20 weight%, fine aggregate 42~50 weight%, coares aggregate 28~37 weight%, water 1~6 weight%, waterproof agent 0.02~0.6 weight% and composite polymer 0.5~4 weight%. The cement binder contains nylon fiber 0.05~2.0 weight% based on the cement binder 100 weight%. The composite polymer contains SBR latex 90~99 weight%, methyl methacrylate 0.5~5 weight% and ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion 0.5~5 weight% based on the composite polymer 100 weight%.
