An organic sludge desulfurization method for fuelization and sludge treatment is provided to incinerate sludge and obtain renewable energy by heating a mixture of sludge and medium oil and drying the mixture through a vacuum evaporation drying process, thereby evaporating water from the mixture to a water content of 0.1%. An organic sludge desulfurization method for fuelization and sludge treatment comprises: a step of collecting dewatered sludge generated from a home, a food manufacturer, a sewage disposal plant, a water treatment plant, an industrial site, etc., and preheating the dewatered sludge to 85 deg.C within a mixing and preheating tank for 10 to 20 minutes; a step of evaporating the sludge preheated in the mixing and preheating tank in an evaporation dryer with a temperature of 95 to 105 deg.C, decompressing the evaporated sludge to vacuum, thereby evaporating and drying the sludge for 20 to 40 minutes while heating the sludge to a temperature of 105 to 125 deg.C using a forced circulation type high concentration evaporation apparatus; a step of heating and stirring the sludge for 10 minutes while maintaining temperature of the sludge evaporated in the vacuum evaporation dryer to a temperature of 125 deg.C within a feeding tank; a desulfurization step of rotating the sludge stirred in the feeding tank to a centrifugal effect of G 1000 to 2000 in a solid-liquid separator to separate the sludge and medium oil; and a packing step of packing the desulfurized sludge powder to a predetermined standard. |
