FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: working container is installed between upper and lower basic elements. It comprises body with flanges, cover in the form of flexible membrane, pipeline for container vacuumising and supply of inertial gas. Compensators and process sheets are installed inside body. Technological shell is installed between upper basic element and cover of working container and is connected with flanges of working container body by pressure-tight seam with creation of degasified process chamber filled with inertial gas.
