Powder for solidifying treatment of orange-sludge is provided to process orange-sludge environment-friendlily left after making the orange juice and to be used as a soil improver. Powder for solidifying treatment of orange-sludge comprises quicklime of 5~10 weight% for the first stirring and inorganic material powder of 8~20 weight% for the second stirring. The inorganic material powder comprises quicklime 60~80 weight%, anhydrous magnesium chloride 10 weight% and alloy 10~30 weight% of iron, magnesium and aluminum.
