<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight cloth spring seat device facilitating the handling and having a slim external appearance and novel design by bending pipes, continuously forming them from a backrest part to a lumbar mount part, strongly tensioning a decorative cloth and firmly stretching it thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The cross-section of pipes for use in flexible decorative material locking rods 14 which constitute a frame of the cloth spring seat device and lock the flexible decorative material 17 is formed into an elliptical shape, left/right-side ends of its long diameter axis X-X are connected by a neutral plate 35 to vertically halve an inside cavity 12, the left/right-side ends 36 are formed thick, dovetail grooves 11 (grooved cavities 13) are provided in the thickened left/right-side ends 36 to facilitate the bending of the pipe in its length direction, the width S of arcuate portions 61 of the pipe circumferential faces facing the neutral plate 35 is formed narrow so that, even if the outer arcuate portion 61 of the inside cavity 12 is deformed into a plane when bending the pipe in the length direction, its deformation is made exceptionally inconspicuous. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
