An apparatus for reducing the torque of gear-box in the gear transmission is provided that the torque delivered to traveling motor for specific period through controller is blocked. An apparatus for reducing the torque of gear-box in the gear transmission comprises a sensor(30) for measuring the speed of rotation of the shaft(12), a controller(20) crawling in the gear-box(10) and provides the variable speed order. If the speed of the shaft delivered from sensor is 0, the controller blocks the torque delivered to traveling motor(11) for specific period. The control valve(40) sending the driving signal for delivering the torque to the traveling motor is more installed.
