An apparatus for clamping wire in a pipe scale remover is provided to block flexible wire from being withdrawn by rotating a pin through an operating lever selectively, and thus clamping and distorting selectively flexible wire. An apparatus for clamping wire in a pipe scale remover comprises a guide pipe(110) passing through a flexible wire(7) drawn from a wire protection pipe; a fin member(130) having a penetration hole passing a flexible wire running in the guide tube; a rotating plate(150) fixed to ends of a pin member; an operating lever(160) installed at one side of the guide tube of the pin member to swivel back and forth; and a link arm(180), joined through a hinge whose ends are combined to the rotating plate and the operating lever, delivering torque of the operating lever into the pin member linking depending on the operating lever.
