PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch plug body which facilitates a piston body to be attached easily to a plug body while it can easily be taken out from the piston body from the plug body after use, so that cleaning of the latch plug body, especially cleaning inside of a through hole and the piston body can easily be done and furthermore can repeatedly be used. SOLUTION: The latch plug body is fitted to an opening part of a communicating tube or a communicating hole which communicates with a mortar exhaust port of a mortar filling reinforcing bar joint embedded within a reinforced concrete and whose one end is opening toward the outside. The latch plug body is composed of a hard plug body with resiliency provided with a through hole, a shaft body idly inserted into and moving freely within the through hole and a piston body with a pressurizing plate at one end and a release-stop end at the other end respectively provided at the position projected from the plug of the shaft body. The release-stop end in the direction perpendicular to the shaft body has its maximum horizontal width including the shaft body the same or a little larger than an internal diameter of the through hole.
