A method for playing a game of a portable terminal and an apparatus thereof are provided to use a token in a different portable terminal by storing the token for purchasing a paid digital broadcast in a smart card unit including SIM and USIM. A first portable terminal(10) transmits an object search packet through a local communications unit(S201). A second portable terminal(20) retransmits a received object search field(S203). The object search field is transmitted in a broadcast or a multicast way method. A third portable terminal(30) transmits an object response packet to a first portable terminal(S205). A fourth portable terminal(40) transmits the object response packet to the first portable terminal(S207).
